Harvest
Manual selection of the slightly over –ripe grape bunches.
Vinification
The vinification of the 100% Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes; long maceration with the skins that last for no less than 15 days. Subsequently the wine is decanted into wooden barrels and left to rest for at least 5 years. Adjacent vintages are then skilfully blended and bottled.
