Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we provide a returns policy for any items returned, un-opened and undamaged within 14 days from the day of delivery– please contact our customer care team at help@torricantine.co.uk to assist you with anything.

The items returned to us must be in good condition.

If some or all items are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, you should notify us within 24 hours. We will credit you for all breakages or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP – please contact our customer care team at  help@torricantine.co.uk for more information or read our Terms and Conditions page.
