The Pecorino grape has been growing in Abruzzo for centuries – and the sheep (‘pecora’ in Italian) used to nibble on the grapes, hence the name. Its beautiful natural acidity makes the Pecorino grape perfect for producing high class bubbles. This sparkling “made in Abruzzo” is a real charm in the glass and a great alternative to Prosecco!
Charming floral nose of jasmine and white flowers with yellow fruits notes and a hint of herbs. The bright creamy fizz gives a lovely crisp lift to the wine. Peach on the palate followed by a citrusy mineral finish.
