Rosarubra Intimo IGT Colline Pescaresi is a luxurious biodynamic red wine from the heart of Abruzzo. Crafted from hand-harvested overripe Montepulciano and Merlot grapes, it captures the warmth and richness of the region’s sun-kissed hillsides. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, this refined blend delivers deep, ripe flavours of cherry, plum and red berries, layered with hints of coffee, dark chocolate and sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, offering a plush texture and long, elegant finish.

Intimo is slightly sweet, fruit-forward character makes it a superb partner for rich, juicy meat dishes, such as slow-cooked beef, venison or roast lamb, as well as aged hard cheeses. It’s also perfect for sipping slowly on its own to appreciate its depth and finesse.
