This expressive wine opens with floral and fruity aromas of ripe citrus, lemon zest, acacia blossom, and fresh herbs, complemented by a subtle hint of sea salt. On the palate, it is zesty and refreshing, revealing flavors of peach, lemon, and a clean mineral finish. Packaged sustainably in a 5L bag-in-box, it pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta, grilled vegetables, white meats, and fresh cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta.
