First fermentation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel, second fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method in an autoclave at a controlled temperature. The wine is then filtered and bottled in isobaric environment.
How to pair our Prosecco DOC brut rosé
To best enjoy, serve at 4-6 degrees C and preferably in a tall and narrow glass (flute) to be able to fully appreciate the fizz and aromas. This Prosecco goes very well with canapés, with tuna fillet, salmon steaks with pink pepper, and linguine with lobster. It is also a good partner to fried mixed vegetables, roast ham or goat cheese from the Abruzzo region.
