Deep ruby Montepulciano from partially dried organic grapes. Once ripe, bunches are twisted on the vine, drying in the wind for greater concentration. Bursting with ripe cherry, blackberry, plum, violet, cocoa and tobacco. Silky, full-bodied with a long, elegant finish. Perfect with roasts, game, aged cheeses and even chocolate desserts.
Once opened, the wine stays fresh for up to six weeks.
