A bright, ruby-red Sangiovese with remarkable depth, this organic Italian wine reveals a captivating bouquet of red flowers — violet, rose, peony — intertwined with juicy red fruits like blackberry and plum, and subtle hints of tomato. On the palate, it is intense and persistent, reflecting the floral and fruity aromas with a touch of earthy notes. Warm and dry, with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a delicate mineral finish, this Sangiovese is beautifully balanced and long-lasting. Perfect with rich, structured dishes such as wild boar lasagne, grilled pork, peppered beef steak, medium-aged pecorino, hearty pasta, or well-seasoned vegetarian dishes.
