Rosarubra Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

This Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is made from slightly overripe grapes grown using biodynamic farming methods and harvested from vines over 30 years old. These grapes give the wine natural sweetness, depth, and rich aromas.

It has a deep purple color and opens with floral notes of violet and rose, followed by ripe black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with hints of sweet spice and black pepper. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, smooth, and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a nice touch of freshness. Flavors of juicy fruit are layered with subtle notes of cocoa and tobacco, leading to a long, elegant finish. The wine is aged for 10 months in large oak casks to enhance complexity and roundness.
