Our Passerina grapes produce a lovely dry, peach and citrus-driven sparkling wine. It is full of floral aromas of white flowers and sage. On the palate it is rich and inviting with a bright creamy fizz and a citrusy, mineral zing. This sparkling Passerina is elegant and less sweet than your average Prosecco. A lovely complex fizz!
It is perfect as an aperitif and a wonderful accompaniment to fish dishes.
