Pecorino & Fave – Pecorino

Broad beans and Pecorino cheese, it’s not just the perfect food pairing for this wine, it is typical food from Abruzzo. This Pecorino is very quaffable. It is fruity with some attractive sweetness on the finish.
It is a great aperitif, and very good with fish and especially hard cheeses.
Best drunk young, chilled and fresh over the next six months to a year.
