Sparkling wine Pecorino brut Torri Bakán
Colour: A luminous pale straw yellow, surrounded by an exuberant and persistent perlage.
Nose: The nose recalls elegant and decisive notes of white petal flowers and yellow fruits, broom, jasmine, white peach and apricot.
Taste: An explosive freshness, supported by a magnificent sapidity in excellent balance with a soft and gentle smoothness. Perceptions are in line with the nose, with a persistent citrus finish and mineral notes reminiscent of the sea.
Born in one of the most vocated areas of Abruzzo, from an old vine grown in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to guarantee a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.
A quality sparkling wine made from Pecorino grapes, obtained from hand picked grapes only harvested in the first ten days of September, from a certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification and Sparkling process
A vinification performed in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a sparkling process using the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months in autoclaves, and then isobaric bottling and corking.
How to pair our Bakán Passerina spumante brut wine
A sparkling wine to be served cold, on 4-6 degrees maximum with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, meats and cheeses. We imagine it with fried squid and prawns, ricotta ravioli, aubergine meatballs or a turkey roll.
