Trebbiano was known to the Romans and is still today one of Italy’s most planted, but least talked about, white grapes. Bathed by the Mediterranean climate, where the sea and mountains meet, this Trebbiano from Torri Cantine displays freshness and bright fruit that sets it apart from many other uninteresting Trebbiano.
Fragrant aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits on the nose. Crisp, fresh and easy drinking, it has a well-balanced palate packed with layers of fruit and an intriguing mineral sapidity. It is perfect to enjoy with seafood, fish pie, hard Italian cheeses, white pizza, roast chicken and pesto.
The wine will stay fresh for up to six weeks once opened.
