Pecorino is not only a delicious cheese made from sheep’s milk but it also happens to be a wonderful grape used to make a crisp and fruity white wine. Bright fruity nose with aromas of lemon and orange combined with white blossoms, ripe apple, peach, apricot and minerality. Super interesting on the palate with some wild herb and acacia honey notes. There is roundness to the palate, yet bright acidity shines through. Great with oysters but also delicious with all kinds of fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
The wine will stay fresh for up to six weeks once opened.
